I would be grateful if you could give the committee a copy of Mr Ronald Falconer’s objections to the proposed development on Land South of Southpark, Ascog, Isle of Bute, along with this e-mail.

 

Having read Mr Falconer’s objections to the Planning Officers’ rejection of a Pan 41 hearing, I have to say I am strongly of the opinion that a hearing, and, of course, a site visit, should be arranged.

 

At the hearing on 21st June 2007 permission was only granted on the casting vote of the then Area Chairman.

 

Given the number of objections has increased, and in my view, the validity of their concerns, I would ask that the Committee agree to a Pan 41 hearing.
